Subject: New Double Auction mailing list


Hello.  This is the first message on a new mailing list created for 
discussions and announcements about the Santa Fe Institute's Double
Auction Tournament.

Everyone who has so far expressed interest in the project has
provisionally been put on the mailing list.  See below if you want to
be deleted from the list.

All mail sent to
	dat-list@sfi.santafe.edu
will be posted to the whole mailing list.  The list is unmediated, so
please be polite, concise, etc.  The DAT organizers are themselves on
the list and will respond as appropriate to queries mailed to the list.
Individual queries not of general interest should be mailed to dat, not
to dat-list.

For additions, deletions, and changes to the list, please send mail to
	dat@sfi.santafe.edu
or	dat-list-request@sfi.santafe.edu
but NOT to the list itself.

A file of edited old correspondence will be made available for anonymous
ftp in pub/dat/mail at sfi.santafe.edu.
